1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CashTracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of CashTracker, including free users and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

CashTracker is a personal and family budget tracking application that allows users to:

• Track income and expenses
• Manage shared family budgets
• Scan receipts using AI technology
• Create shopping and task lists
• View spending insights and analytics
• Invite family members to a shared budget

CashTracker is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

CashTracker may offer a free tier and a paid subscription ("CashTracker Premium") that unlocks additional features.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law

All pricing is displayed in the App Store and may vary by region.

4. User Accounts

To use CashTracker, you must sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Apple ID
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring information you provide is accurate
• Any family members you invite to your budget group

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to store or process data that violates any third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend systems
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Misuse the receipt scanning feature for fraudulent financial records

6. Financial Information Disclaimer

CashTracker is a budgeting tool, not a financial advisory service. The App's AI-powered features (expense categorization, spending insights) are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the App. Always consult a qualified financial professional for important financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

CashTracker and all related content (design, code, trademarks, AI models) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple devices for personal use.

Your financial data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the content you enter into the App.

8. Availability & Updates

We strive to keep CashTracker available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Update the App at any time to improve features or fix bugs
• Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance
• Discontinue features with reasonable advance notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CashTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data (back up your important financial records)
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated expense categorizations or insights
• Financial decisions made based on App data
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using CashTracker and delete the App at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and data by contacting alex@pulsedo.app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App. Continued use of CashTracker after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the developer's country of residence.
